Baby Meador is a ...

GIRL!! Yes, we're having another girl. Wes came home unexpectedly from sea, so we were able to open the baby's envelope. (I had the US tech mark in a card whether the baby was a boy or girl because Wes couldn't be at the US.)

Now, the tech did say that she had a hard time telling the gender of the baby this time. We could still be having a boy, but it's pretty promising that it's a girl. At least, I kept all of Gwyn's clothes since she's been born. I only need to buy 0 to 6 months clothes in summer attire. Most of Gwyn's are wintery.

We haven't picked out names yet. In December, we are going camping (yes, at 7 months pregnant) and picking out the new baby's name. Once we figure it out, we'll let everyone know.

In three weeks, we will be moving again. We finally got a house in gov't housing on Ford Island. I like where we live now, but housing has air conditioning where I can close the windows and keep Hera from barking all the time, a gate with a guard 24 hours a day, and lots more room for all our junk and then some. I'm getting more excited every day. Unfortunately, Wes probably won't be here to help. Not his fault, his job pays the bills are allows me to stay home to raise the kids. Can't complain.

Well, that's all for now, I think. I hope everyone's having a great week so far. We look forward to anyone who wants to come for a visit, just after November and February is taken by the new little one. Best wishes to all. We love and miss you!!

Round Two

So, it has been a while since I have updated the blog. Once Wes arrived on July 23, it's been harder to post information. But, the biggest news is that we are expecting again, Feb 20th. Earlier this week, we had our 20 week ultrasound. Here are the pictures.

Like with Gwyn, we had the US tech write in a card the gender of the baby. When Wes gets home from his sea trip, we will open it and tell everyone. The tech did say that it was a little harder to determine the gender, because the baby had his/her hands in their crotch. Nice.
Other good news is that we are moving again. We finally got a house in gov't housing on Ford Island. Due to whatever reasons, the navy is moving us again and I don't have to, all by myself - again. We are moving in the middle of November, which works out beautifully since our lease on the temporary place ends November 30th. Exciting times!!!!
Gwyn and I are doing great. I will post more pictures in a little while. She has been walking and trying to talk actual words. She turned 1 on Sept 2nd. She had a struggling time with her birthday. For whatever reason, she was sick and not feeling good at all. But, we all made it through it. Thanks to all the family that came for her birthday party.
Well, I'll post more later. I really wanted to get these pictures up so that Wes could see them. Love you all.
